Here at LEWKEN we recognise that many people may be concerned about needing to have people coming into their homes and premises in order to fix things and complete essential maintenance or repair work, such as that which arises with plumbing and heating issues. The simple fact remains that things will still go wrong and home owners will still need work done.
LEWKEN is still here to help! We are continuing to offer our usual effective and reliable services while, at the same time, taking care to protect you, our customers, and to protect our own staff.
This means that all our staff:
- are monitored on a daily basis and will not attend if showing any symptoms
- carry and use antivirals and hand sanitisers
- will keep ‘at a distance’ from you while in your home (and request that you do the same to protect us!)
- will strive to touch only objects and areas involved in the required work and then, as far as possible, sanitise these areas after completion.
We also request that, if you are in self-isolation or feel you may have symptoms, that you let us know in advance so that we can assess the situation and decide how best to get things done.
